Can I preview a color before buying it?

Select the locked white or dark-brown cat to preview it on the actual clock for three seconds. The app then returns to your previously owned color before showing the purchase confirmation. A preview alone does not make a purchase.

How do I cancel a purchase?

Cancel on the Apple purchase confirmation screen. You will not be charged, and the app returns to your previously owned color.

How do I restore a purchased color?

Open the “…” menu and select Restore Purchases. You must use the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. The white and dark-brown colors are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

The price will not load, or restoration fails

Check that the device is connected to the internet and signed in to the App Store, then try again. Purchases and restoration are handled by the Apple App Store.

How do I request a refund?

Apple manages purchase history and refunds. Use Apple's official Report a Problem service. The developer cannot issue an App Store refund directly.

Keeping the screen on

On devices with OLED displays, showing the same screen continuously for a long time may leave a faint visible image. Keep the device connected to power and use a moderate screen brightness. Choose a shorter screen-on duration when needed.
